We provide strategic advice; we coach executives; we work with leadership teams in relation to their dynamic and performance; we facilitate workshops and leadership conferences; we deliver bespoke training programs and we design and deliver identified HR projects. At times we work on site as HR Advisors.
The nature of our relationships and the manner in which we are engaged can change over time and may shift between hourly consulting rates, fixed project and facilitation costs and retainer agreements for on-site or remote advice and support. We help our clients in six key areas:
